After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University in 1993, Nguyên headed to Dallas to work for Texas Instruments, Inc. where he designed Army National Guard training simulators. In 1999, Nguyên was bitten by the entrepreneurship bug and started an internet company that catered to the amateur sports organizations.

In 2001, Nguyên and his family moved back home to Houston where he successfully started Winning Agency.

Nguyên has been hosting his own radio show, “Personal Finance”, which airs on the 1st Sunday of every month on KREH 900 AM for the past 5 years.

He is also a co-host on a weekly television show on Houston VAN TV channel 55.2.Please join in on Tuesdays & Saturdays as Nguyên shares his professional experience & advice in the areas of insurance, real estate & personal finance.

He is a Broker Associate with Re/Max United and his professional accreditations include Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Nguyên currently holds both Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses.

Nguyên and Yumi, who were high school sweethearts, have been married for more than 14 years and now live in Cypress, Texas with their three beautiful children - Ryan, Cooper & Kara.

Yumi attended Sam Houston State University before following her high school sweetheart to Dallas to start a family.

She is a loving and caring wife who is a tireless volunteer at her children's schools.

Yumi currently holds a Property & Casualty insurance license.

A native of New Orleans, Carrie graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information System.

Carrie brings a tireless work ethic & tremendous dedication.She joined our agency in the Spring of 2003 and has developed into a key asset of our team.She currently holds both Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses.

Carrie and her husband, Young, currently resides in Sugar Land.

Yen joined our agency in the Summer of 2007 and works closely with clients to help resolve any and all issues relating to their insurance needs.

Her motto is "Service with a smile".

Yen and her husband, John, and their 3 wonderful children currently live in Sugar Land.

Sime's first name is an acronym for "Smile In My Eyes".She joined our agency in the Summer of 2008 and have worked diligently with our Vietnamese clients.

She is currently a student at Houston Community College.

A graduate of St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

Loan joined our agency in the Spring of 2003 and currently holds a Property & Casualty insurance license.

Loan and her fiance, Danny, plan to get married in the Spring of 2009.
